Default Everyone ready? Press 1... or rdy, or ignore this.

I check the sticky on idea and didn't see this in there, but I apologize if this is a rehash.

I'd like to see a little checkbox by each name in a party that allows the players to indicate their readiness to the other players and the leader. That way we don;t clog up the chat with tons of spurious "1", "rdy", "GOGOGO", and so forth only to have that one quite member say, two seconds into the mission "I wasn't ready! My running skills are on, can we rezone?" and then have the party fall apart while dingus McNoskills revamps his bar.

The leader could set rules for behaviour this way. The default could be that the ready indicators are just a display, and entering the mission is purely his/her perogative. He could set it so that the party automatically enters the mission when all ready buttons are checked, and so forth. This would be especially helpfull when some of the members have a voice chat but others don't.
